- Coordinate the Ministry of Education’s Learning in Dreams and New Southbound Dream-Building Program.
- Implement the Workplace Launch Program for five-year junior college graduates.
- Organize student career counseling activities (funded by the Student Assistance Fund, Youth Development Agency Career Counseling Program, and grant/subsidy programs) and manage professional certification incentive programs.
- Oversee the Future Work-Lab (FWL) Base operations and manage center student assistants.
- Manage national school resources database reporting (student certification data coordination).
- Execute W-Portfolio initiatives.
